Changes and Returns

We understand that you change your mind.

You can return the product you purchased free of charge using one of the following methods within 14 days from the delivery date.

• You must place your invoice or order number and the reason for your return in the box with the products you want to return.

• You must send the product(s) you want to return to us in its original packaging, undamaged and unused.

• Products that are not placed in a cargo bag or whose box is damaged by taping cannot be returned.

• Campaign terms are valid during the campaign period.

• Products you have purchased through www.hypnotichuman.com cannot be returned if they are exchanged in the store.

• Products sent to our stores anonymously/unrequested will not be processed in accordance with the return procedure. Please make sure that your product reaches the hypnotic human control center.

• Returns that are checked and not approved by our product control team will be returned to the sender with the buyer paying.

• After your product reaches us, it is examined by the relevant units. This process takes an average of 2-10 business days.
